Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Our preferred payment method is PayPal.
Otherwise, you should print out the Order and Post it to us, together with a cheque made payable to; RCMPARTS" and send it to our published address.
When confirmation of the order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
All goods ordered for delivery within the UK will be sent by First Class Receipted Mail, unless they are too heavy when they will be sent by the next best availalbe service. If you require an alternative method of shipping,please ask for a quotation on the shipping charges before placing an Order. Please send an email to sales@Fine-Flight.com and we will provide an estimate of the delivery costs.

Delivery Schedule
We will prepare your Order for Despatch when payment has been accepted.
We will normally send your order out to you in 10-14 business days . International orders are expected to be despatched within 21 days.
We will send you an email confirming that the Order has been sent out to you, together with a Postage Reference number, where applicable.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will place it on back order.
You will be emailed, telling you that the item is on Back Order, with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders placed in the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is assumed.
Credit Card Security
Currently our website does not accept Credit Cards directly, they can only be used in conjunction with PayPal.
We will never ask for your Credit Card details.
